At 1" in D, this small Pilates head block is used to slightly raise the head in reclining postures in order to achieve the correct neck alignment. Created from non-toxic EVA foam which provides firm support, it is durable which makes it great for a busy Pilates studio! This block can also be used to correct the tilt on the pelvis or for support between the knees. Sold singly.
